BUILDING A $25 MILLION FUND
Investing ahead of our first closing
The first capital raise of $10 million has been launched with a target closing in December 2025. A second closing of $15 million is targeted within 24 months, bringing the fund capital to $25 million. Initial investments are targeted between $200k and $500k, with participation strictly limited to Institutional and Wholesale Investors.
